After studying architecture, I never thought that a district office would offer so many exciting opportunities to apply my knowledge. Today I know: my job is incredibly varied and constantly challenging – and in a very fulfilling way.
What I enjoy most is supporting and assisting people, helping them navigate the often complex world of laws, and, so to speak, building bridges between their ideas and legal requirements. My studies and professional experience enable me to recognize structures, design processes, and develop solutions that truly help.

This mix of creative freedom, responsibility, and direct contact with people makes my work at the District Office exciting and valuable every day.

As an IT specialist for system integration at the Würzburg District Office, I am daily responsible for the reliable operation and continuous development of our IT infrastructure. My tasks range from planning, installing, and maintaining complex systems to providing quick and solution-oriented support to colleagues in their daily work. I particularly appreciate the dynamic and collegial working atmosphere: close teamwork leads to efficient solutions, continuous knowledge exchange, and a work environment where professionalism and mutual support are equally central.

I got to know the Würzburg District Office during my social work studies. After graduating, I was able to take on responsibility directly in the Youth Welfare Office and further developed my professional skills through my experience in case work. Today, I combine this expertise with my role in team leadership and, together with my team, develop viable solutions for families, children, and young people. It is particularly important to me that assistance is tailored, effective, and easily accessible to those affected.
I structure processes, promote professional exchange, and strengthen my team to create reliable frameworks and continuously develop the quality of our work.
