Our family-run company, based in Burkardroth, was founded in 1933 and is now in its third generation. As we manufacture using traditional carpentry methods in timber frame construction, sustainability has always been a major focus for us – after all, wood as a renewable raw material from the region convinces with an excellent ecological balance. But we go a step further, staying at the cutting edge of technology and focusing not only on the highest quality of biologically sound materials but also on the latest technologies: We are currently developing a 100% energy self-sufficient house that will operate completely without gas, oil, or conventional electricity thanks to hydrogen and solar energy. With us, you can literally “build the future”.

It is important to us to think in generations, not in quarters – also with regard to our team of around 65 people, consisting of carpenters, architects, engineers, house consultants, and commercial employees. We are particularly proud that we have employees who started their apprenticeships with us at a young age and will also retire with us, which speaks for our unique working atmosphere. Unlike large corporations, we don’t have rigid rules, but rather flat hierarchies, short communication channels, and plenty of room for maneuver: If you want, you can achieve a lot with us! Speaking of work-life: Our work week ends on Fridays at 12 PM, and our remote construction sites even start their weekend on Thursday evening.

To make the work as easy as possible, we equip you with the best devices and tools. Of course, we also pay attention to ergonomics in the workplace, because we want our employees to be well: at work and long after!
