With the Escape Tour Würzburg, you can choose between the two tours “The Secret of Marienberg Fortress” and “Mystical Würzburg” and discover completely new sides of the city. The two tours vary in length and difficulty, so there is something for everyone!
The start and end point is the “Wohnzimmer” in Würzburg’s bar district, where you’ll receive a packed backpack to start your puzzle-solving fun.
2) Outdoor Escape Adventure Obernbreit
The “In Vino Veritas” outdoor escape hike takes you on a mysterious tour through the vineyards around Obernbreit – including sweeping views across the region. The starting point is the Ottenbreit winery. Shortly before your adventure, you will receive a personal code via SMS to open your locker. Inside, a backpack awaits with everything you need for the tour.
Then it’s up to you: follow the route through the forest and the vines on your own, look for clues, and solve puzzles along the way that will lead you to your destination step by step.
3) Outdoor Escape Adventure Zeil a. Main
This outdoor escape tour revolves around a somewhat absent-minded professor known for his viticulture research. The problem: his most important research documents have suddenly disappeared. Your task is to help the professor in his search and find the lost documents.
You’ll head through the vineyards on foot – with plenty of puzzles and clues in tow. Instead of constantly looking at your smartphone, you solve the tasks using physical puzzle materials right on-site. Wine from the Schick winery provides the authentic Franconian vineyard feeling.
4) Mainfranken Escape
On this scavenger hunt, you will discover Volkach and its vineyards in a whole new way. Puzzles, an exciting story, and, if desired, a glass of regional wine make the tour a varied experience for groups of friends, teams, or anyone who wants to experience a bit more on their walk.
The story leads you on the trail of an old secret: somewhere between the alleys of Volkach’s old town, historic sandstone walls, and the surrounding vineyards, a long-forgotten edict of the councilors is said to be hidden. Equipped with a backpack full of puzzles and tools, you set off on your own to search for it. You decipher clues, piece together traces, and follow the story across Volkach and out into the vineyards.
