Employers from the Schweinfurt District Impress Job Candidates at the 16th Career Tour Mainfranken<\/h3><\/div>

To secure skilled professionals for Mainfranken, Region Mainfranken GmbH has been conducting career tours for students from Mainfranken universities for several years. The career tours are free one-day bus tours to top employers in the region and are specifically aimed at students planning their careers. The focus is on practical insights into corporate culture, products, processes, and concrete career prospects. For employers, this initiative offers a good opportunity to recruit young professionals.
\nOn Thursday, June 6, the 62 participants of the career tour visited the companies Trips and FIS in Grafenrheinfeld.
\nFIS-Informationssysteme und Consulting GmbH specializes in SAP consulting and implementation of SAP projects for trade and industry. The FIS Group is a service provider for all SAP topics, from consulting and SAP implementation to ongoing system operation and support. <\/p>\n

For over 40 years, Trips, as a family business, has been implementing projects worldwide in industries such as process industry, mechanical and plant engineering, and building services engineering. Many renowned customers have relied on their quality and reliability for years, which is confirmed by various certifications and partnerships. Among others, Trips has been a Siemens Solution Partner for over 20 years. <\/p>\n

“The tour is a great opportunity to get to know companies. Both companies gave me many good reasons to apply to them, which doesn’t make the choice easy. I was particularly impressed by the relaxed working atmosphere on site, which is very important to me when choosing a career and which I would never have been able to experience without the tour. A great offer for us students!” said one participant.
\nThe implementation of the career tours is carried out in cooperation with the Julius-Maximilians-University of W\u00fcrzburg and the University of Applied Sciences W\u00fcrzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS).<\/p>\n<\/div>
