Due to high demand, over 120 HR managers, executives, and HR experts from across Mainfranken came together this year. The event once again established itself as one of the central meeting points for the region&#8217;s HR community.  <\/p>\n<p>How is artificial intelligence changing HR work? What strategies help companies attract and retain skilled workers in the long term? These and other questions were addressed at this year&#8217;s HR Connector, which brought together HR managers, executives, and HR experts from across Mainfranken.  <\/p>\n<p>Recruiting expert Robindro Ullah from Trendence kicked things off with his keynote &#8220;The Future of HR Is Full of Ambidexterity.&#8221; He demonstrated why companies today need both innovation and stability in equal measure, and which competencies will shape the HR work of the future. <\/p>\n<p>This was followed by a discussion among representatives from business and institutions about the current skilled worker situation in Mainfranken. Marcus Giek (ZF Friedrichshafen AG), Dr. Jens-Holger Krannich (W\u00fcrzburg University Hospital), Stefan Beil (Employment Agency), Ludwig Paul (Chamber of Skilled Crafts for Lower Franconia), and Robindro Ullah examined challenges, opportunities, and possible solutions for companies in the region. It became clear that securing skilled workers remains one of the central future tasks for Mainfranken&#8217;s economy.  <\/p>\n<p>In the afternoon, several interactive workshops gave participants the opportunity to engage intensively with current HR topics. The focus included the successful integration of international skilled workers, shared leadership, and a live recording of the podcast &#8220;Zielgruppengerecht&#8221; with Robindro Ullah and Simon Klingenmaier. The live podcast was simultaneously part of AI Week Mainfranken and addressed the opportunities and challenges of new recruiting technologies as well as the use of artificial intelligence in HR. Through active audience participation, a practical exchange about the future of recruiting emerged.   <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The HR Connector thrives on the exchange between companies, experts, and regional stakeholders. Together we create a platform where current challenges can be openly discussed and practical solutions can be developed,&#8221; Maximilian Heil, Project Manager at Region Mainfranken GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>The HR Connector was jointly organized by Region Mainfranken GmbH, HRtbeat GmbH, and HR Network Mainfranken.
