SVA Würzburg: New Location in a New District

By the way: Although remote work is now common in many areas, many employees at our Würzburg location choose to come to the office regularly – a circumstance that speaks primarily to the strong team spirit on site! It might also have something to do with the unique design of the location: At the beginning of 2023, SVA Würzburg moved into its new, nearly 1,400m² quarters in the InnoHubs building at Hubland. To make orientation in the spacious office area easier, the areas were named after Würzburg neighborhoods and landmarks and stylishly decorated with corresponding wall decals: So don’t be surprised if you’re invited to the “Meeviertel” for a job interview or a meeting is called in the “Fortress”. The open and modernly designed work areas offer numerous fixed and flexible workstations with height-adjustable tables, spacious meeting rooms, and cozy seating areas. For those who prefer to work completely undisturbed, the soundproof Silent Rooms provide the perfect environment. As a small homage to the “Leighton Barracks”, even a kitchen and dining area in the style of a classic American diner was set up.

Flexibler Platz für
spontane Kreativität

Auch wenn wir in erster Linie digital unterwegs sind, darf es bei uns sehr gerne auch noch „analog“ zugehen. Gerade beim gemeinsamen Brainstorming lieben wir z. B. unsere neuen, höhenverstellbaren Kipptische. Diese lassen sich nämlich im Handumdrehen in praktische Whiteboards verwandeln und sind dadurch ideal, um spontane Ideen, Notizen und Sketchnotes festzuhalten.
