The Deegenbergklinik in the spa town of Bad Kissingen is a privately run AHB and rehabilitation clinic for internal medicine, cardiology, diabetology, angiology, and orthopedics.

Teaching Institution of the University of Würzburg
To ensure the best possible rehabilitation, the team of specialist doctors at Deegenbergklinik relies on exchange and cooperation with experts in supra-regional acute hospitals, the hospitals of the district of Lower Franconia, and the University Hospital Würzburg.
Since 2011, the Deegenbergklinik has also been an academic teaching institution of the Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg – for the field of Medical Rehabilitation. Medical students can, for example, complete internships or attend specialist seminars at the clinic.
Furthermore, the Bad Kissingen clinic cooperates with the University Hospital in the areas of patient care and health services research.
In addition, the clinic has further training authorizations (with different orientations/focus areas) in the fields of social medicine, physical and rehabilitation medicine, internal medicine, and cardiology.
