The Bürgerspital zum Hl. Geist Foundation is over 700 years old and one of the largest employers in Würzburg. In addition to numerous senior care facilities, a day care center, and an outpatient service, we also operate a geriatric center in the heart of the city. Furthermore, the foundation manages extensive real estate holdings and a significant winery.
Nearly 700 employees work in a wide variety of professions at the foundation, such as elderly care nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, doctors, winemakers, chefs, cleaning staff, and various craft and commercial occupations.
