We are 2000 employees who work at our production plant in Marktheidenfeld or at the distribution center in Altfeld. What sets us apart: Our products come from a single source. From the smallest plastic parts to highly complex electronics, we manufacture virtually all components ourselves. This is noticeable in the quality, but it’s also an advantage for our employees. They have diverse opportunities to delve into various areas – production, logistics, engineering, quality.

Apprentices make up about one-tenth of our crew and are supported and encouraged by us from the start, just like dual study students. Our goal is for our employees to remain loyal to us. Anbau-Einweihungsparty
Im Januar 2017 wurde unser Erweiterungsbau fertig. Bevor in dem zweistöckigen Bau Büros und neue Fertigungsanlagen eingezogen sind, haben wir die leere Halle als Partylocation genutzt.
Nacht der Ausbildung
Rund 450 Besucher kamen, um sich über die Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten in unserem Betrieb zu informieren und dabei hautnah zu erleben, was es in den Berufen tatsächlich zu lernen gibt. Da stehen wir gerne Rede und Antwort – und denken uns die eine oder andere praktische Übung aus.
Betriebsjubiläen
Ohne das langjährige Know-how unserer Mitarbeiter würde bei uns keine einzige Maschine laufen. Deshalb haben Betriebsjubiläen für uns eine ganz besondere Bedeutung – und werden dementsprechend groß gefeiert.
Power-Kids
Damit unsere Mitarbeiter auch in den Schulferien entspannt zur Arbeit gehen können, bieten wir seit Jahren eine Ferienbetreuung an. Klar, dass dabei auch die Kinder ihren Spaß haben sollen. Deshalb stellen wir für sie gemeinsam mit AWO ein abwechslungsreiches Programm zusammen.
