We are often asked what makes us special. Together with our employees, we have therefore developed three corporate values: Innovative, Collaborative, Down-to-Earth. The wealth of ideas is self-explanatory. After all, it’s our daily bread to develop and implement solution ideas for customers. But we are also innovative in everyday life, for example when it comes to organizing a company event during pandemic times. So the annual summer party becomes a virtual barbecue so that colleagues in home office don’t lose sight of each other too much.

You can flexibly arrange your working hours with us, and of course, we also enable mobile working. We Care – About You and the Environment

Since the well-being of our employees is close to our hearts, we also take care of their health – for example, through health days or partial cost coverage for health services. On our fruit days, there’s a free vitamin boost for the immune system. We source the seasonal fruits for this from a regional supplier, as sustainability also plays a major role for us. From photovoltaic systems on our company roofs to charging stations and e-bikes that we lease as JobRad for you – we take our responsibility as an employer and company seriously. We achieved our big goal of climate neutrality in 2022. Now we’re ready for new challenges. And we are confident that we will live up to our company motto here as well and find ‘the right solution with certainty’.

Gesundheits­management

An unseren Gesundheitstagen dreht sich alles um das Wohlbefinden unserer Mitarbeiter:innen. In Vorträgen und Workshops erhalten sie jede Menge Input, um fit und gesund durch den Alltag kommen – zum Beispiel mit Rückenübungen oder leckeren Smoothie-Rezepten, die wir im Team natürlich direkt gemeinsam ausprobieren.

Brotzeitflitzer

Für Strecken, die zu weit für einen Spaziergang, aber zu kurz fürs Auto sind, steht unser „Brotzeitflitzer“ bereit. Das Fahrrad kann von allen Mitarbeiter:innen ausgeliehen werden und ist das ideale Gefährt, um schnelle Besorgungen in der Mittagspause zu erledigen. Das hält nicht nur fit, sondern schont auch das Klima!

Sommerfest 2021 /
Virtuelle Grillfeier

Unser Sommerfest 2021 wurde coronabedingt zur virtuellen Grillfeier. Unterstützt von einem Grill-Profi zeigte die Geschäftsleitung per Webcam, wie das perfekte BBQ gelingt. Damit auch im Homeoffice fleißig mitgegrillt werden konnte, gab es für alle Mitarbeiter:innen ein Grillpaket mit Einkaufsliste, Grillzange und leckeren Soßen.
